Turtle Yoga

Last Saturday of each month (no December) at the Center. 9AM.

Enjoy a flow then slow yoga class taught by certificed insructor, Tavi Tichenor.

What to expect:
* 50% vinyasa, 50% restoration
* Ages 16 and up
* Visit with our African Sulctata tortoise, Apache
